Quinta Do Zambujeiro 詹布傑羅酒莊
Quinta do Zambujeiro 位於葡萄牙東南部的阿連特茹 Alentejo 地區，在里斯本 (Lisbon) 以東約 170公里。Zambujeiro 在葡萄牙酒的舞台上算是新人，但是顯然有往巨星地位的雄心邁進，在葡萄酒的星光大道上已經拓展出自己的名聲。
酒莊在 1998年由瑞士的葡萄酒愛好者買下，葡萄園面積有 30公頃，部份樹齡達 30年，品種是在 Alentejo 常見的 Castelao Frances、Trincadeira、Aragonez 和Alicante Bouschet 以及 Touriga Nacional 和一些 Cabernet Sauvignon。 釀酒團隊包括由經驗豐富的釀酒師 Nuno Malta (並兼任總經理 )和 Luis Lourinho 以及全球知名的飛行釀酒師 Alain Bramaz。
Zambujeiro 以友善對待環境的葡萄栽培方式來耕作，目的是維持和保護美麗的大自然和酒莊的沃土。熟練的農夫對待每個葡萄藤都極為謹慎，他們相信低密度的種植才可生產濃郁香味和口感的酒。因此他們降低葡萄園的種植密度為25 hl/ha 或 18 hl/ha。
葡萄都是精心挑選的人工採摘；所有的酒都是手工製作。葡萄是以小塑膠箱運輸以避免擠壓，在溫度控制的不銹鋼桶和法國橡木桶中發酵。經過七星期長時間的浸漬，以提取出柔順的單寧和穩定的色澤。乳酸發酵都在橡木桶中完成，能使香氣味道結合地更好。所有的酒都在法國橡木桶熟成兩年和無任何過濾或澄清之後裝瓶。葡萄酒釀造的任務全仰賴 Philippe 和 Alain Bramaz 兩兄弟。
Robert Parker : Zambujeiro 酒莊的旗鑑酒跟酒莊同名也稱作 Zambujeiro，試酒過後，可以非常肯定這家精英酒莊就是 Alentejo 裡最頂級的一家了，絕對是無庸置疑，在這個產區已經找不到比 Zambujeiro 更好的酒莊了，跟另一家 Quinta do Mouro (本公司已代理)是一樣的超群絕倫，在 2007-2009 連續三年現出絕佳表現 (RP-94-96)，08-09 年份尚未上市，消費者應收集這三個年份一起開喝，將能領略這個產區所彈奏出最悠揚和諧的三重奏。
The vertical of the flagship estate Tinto just labeled “Zambujeiro” was poured for me at the winery in Alentejo, cementing in my mind the place of this boutique at or near the top of Alentejo’s hierarchy. On any short list compilation for the best wineries in the region, this one has to appear. In this report, no one had better results in the region, although Quinta do Mouro equaled them. The stunning 2007-2009 trilogy of wines – not all released; the 08 and 09 not yet bottled – will be as good a trilogy of wines in these three vintages as exists in the region. ~~ Robert Parker

Zambujeiro 是混合有 Trincadeira、Aragonez、Touriga Nacional、Castelao 等四種葡萄品種，有時會加入少量的 Cabernet Sauvignon；酒莊故意壓低產量，讓這瓶酒呈現出黑色醬果所帶來異國香料的迷人香氣和深黑色的酒體，並有像巧克力和香草般的迷人底蘊，和有超級集中的藥草似的成熟水果味道，些微的香料和柔順無比的單寧，一點點酒精感 (畢竟酒精度高達15%)，這是一款國際化的佳釀 --- 但又具有 Alentejo 最真實的完美特性。年產量 : 5,000-8,000 瓶

Quinta do Zambujeiro Monte do Castanheiro
Monte de Castanheiro 混有 Aragonez、Trincadeira、Tinta Caiada、Cabernet Sauvignon and Alicante Bouschet 等五種葡萄品種，香甜、柔順和純淨的酒體結構，具有利口酒一樣的濃郁香氣，非常柔順甜美，暢快宜人，是醇美的典型。
年產量 : 50,000-60,000 瓶

2009年 Testing Note :
The 2009 "Monte Do Castanheiro" is a blend of Aragonez, Trincadeira and Tinta Caiada with a dollop of Cabernet Sauvignon, aged for 12 months in used French oak. Pure and fragrant, it is nicely balanced, with soft tannins. It is a little light in the mid-palate with little concentration and a bit short on the finish. However, it is quite gracious and charming, juicy and simply delicious. This elegant and graceful wine should be early maturing, and I suspect it will not hold at peak all that long, but while young and fresh, its purity and juicy fruit will make Zambujeiro a lot of friends.
