Basconcillos 家族一直夢想有個自己的酒莊，這酒莊 Vina Magna 終於在 2000 年誕生了，酒莊位於西班牙釀酒歷史最悠久的 Ribera 地區，這地區的釀酒歷史源自於聖本篤修道院的僧侶於教堂附近種植的葡萄園，這裡的葡萄顯現出更緊實和更細緻的香氣。

Dominio Basconcillos 擁有 50 公頃的葡萄園位於 Ribera del Duero 的最北端海拔1000公尺的河谷斜坡之上，讓這裡的酒有更清新的特色，受到大西洋的海風吹過來是標準的大陸型氣候，特色是寒冷的冬天和炎熱乾燥的夏天，非常適合葡萄的生長。

Dominio Basconcillos 致力於生產出最高品質的葡萄酒，不但採取有機種植方式，葡萄園中不使用除草劑確保葡萄園的永續發展，不破壞自然環境為前提。每公頃產量只有2500公斤的葡萄，非常低的產量以生產出最高品質的葡萄酒，酒莊年產量只有約1萬箱，照顧好每顆葡萄並忠實的反應產區的特色，相信在未來將是一家西班牙的明日之星的酒莊。

Tasting Notes

Between red and violet with maroon gleams. Highly intense aroma, characterized by a deep peached aroma mixed with sweet and concentrated cranberries, and the same time enveloped by spices and a touch of vanilla. Tasty and complex wine, the fruit dominates. After the fruit we can savour the spices and some toasty notes which misted in the wine, emphasize the strong of wine and his long flavour.

紅色中透露出紫羅蘭的顏色，散發出濃郁的桃子和蔓越莓甜美豐富的香氣，之後更發展出香料及香草等多層次的氣味，一入口明顯感受到複雜的味道，起先是豐富無比的果味，然後漸漸感受到香料及燒烤的味道浮現出來，這是一瓶強健且豐美的葡萄酒。

The 2008 Vina Magna Crianza spent 12 months in French and American oak. Asian spices, incense, lavender, licorice, and blackberry aromas inform the nose of this smooth-textured, layered, succulent, racy red. It has enough structure to evolve for another 2-3 years and will offer a drinking window extending from 2013 to 2020.

2008 Vina Magna Crianza 在法國及美國橡木桶中存放 12 個月，亞洲香料、焚香、薰衣草、甘草和薰衣草的美好香氣，酒體柔順，層次複雜、綻放出美好濃郁的果味。扎實的結構在2-3年後將有更美好的體驗。葡萄園都是有機種植。
